Captain's Galley crab cakes  
This comes from the Captain's Galley Restaurant in West Ocean City, MD.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Oyster crackers, crushed
1 lb jumbo lump crab
3/4 Cup mayo
2 Tablespoon miracle whip
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 Tablespoon old bay
1/2 Teaspoon sugar
S and p
2 beaten eggs
Procedures:
Mix all; let stand 5 minutes; press into cakes.
Fry in hot oil, butter or bacon grease till brown.
Turn and brown other side. Can also bake at 400o for 18 minutes
