Margaret's Crab Cakes |

This is Margaret Engle's recipe, Lyd's mom! |
|
Ingredients: |
1 large egg
4 saltine crackers, crushed
1.5 teaspoons parsley flakes
3/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
3-4 drops Tabasco
pepper
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
|
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1/3 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
Paprika
Tartar Sauce

Procedures: |
Combine first 8 ingredients.
Stir in crab meat, gently.
Shape into 6 patties and place on greased baking sheet.
Combine 3 teaspoons Mayonnaise and 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay.
Spread evenly on crab cakes.
Sprinkle on paprika.
Bake at 350o for 20-25 minutes.
Do not over bake!
