CRAB IMPERIAL
Ideally followed by Imperial Twins
Ingredients:
1 lb Maryland Jumbo Lump Crab
1 T Margarine
1 T Flour
1/2 Cup 1/2 & 1/2
1 t Minced Onion
1 T sherry???
1.5 t Worcestershire Sauce
2 Slices White Bread, cubed
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 T Lemon Juice
1/2 t Salt
Dash of Pepper
Old Bay
Procedures:
Cube the bread and microwave with butter until the bread has soaked up the butter.
Melt the Margarine, and mix in the flour.
Add the milk, stirring to boil and thicken.
Mix in onion and Worcestershire and cool.
Fold in the Mayo, Lemon Juice, salt, pepper and Old Bay.
Toss the crab in the mixture and top with the bread cubes.
Bake at 450o for about 10-15 minutes.
