Though it bears her alliterative name, it has onions, so our King Charles Spaniel can't have any. |

| Ingredients: |
1/2 Yellow Onion, chopped
1 15oz can beef hash or corned beef hash
2 eggs
4 slices Kraft Yellow American cheese, cubed
1 teaspoon sriracha
EVOO
S&P

| Procedures: |
|
Cook the onion in the EVOO and add the can of hash,
Add the eggs, slightly bean and cook until the eggs are cooked.
Add the Sriracha and cheese and heat through.
