LAMB KEBABS  
This came from the kitchen of Eunice Laws
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs of lamb cut into 1" cubes
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons beefsteak sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons salad oil
Procedures:
Place cubed meat in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat to boiling. Pour over meat; let stand several hours or overnight in the marinade. String on skewers and broil over hot coals. Reheat marinade liquid for sauce.
Notes:
2010-10-26: Eunice's recipe says cherry tomatoes, small precooked onions, and squares of green pepper cooked tender crisp go well with this. Also Brussels' Sprouts marinated an hour or two in French dressing may be used.
