Lobster Масло |
Maslo (Масло) is the Russian word for butter. This is our (currently) favorite way to do lobster tails |
Ingredients: |
2 10-12 oz Lobster Tails
1 stick butter
Procedures: |
1. Steam the fully-defrosted lobster tails for ~20 minutes; chill
2. Cut the tails on the top and remove the lobster meat. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
3. Put the pieces in an oven-proof bowl with butter and bake until warm and the butter is melted.
