Pasta and Clam Sauce |

One of our most popular and easiest entrees, the ingredients are always in the pantry. Garlic bread and a tossed salad are often added.

| Ingredients: |
1/2 pound pasta (angel hair and vermicelli, preferred)
1 can, each, Red Clam Sauce & White Clam Sauce
1 can of Snow’s Chopped clams
Grated Parmesan (optional)

| Procedures: |
Prepare the pasta according to package directions.
Combine the cans of clam sauce in a pan and heat through on the stove top.
Drain the pasta, plate and add sauce to taste.
Add Parmesan cheese.

2025-11-28: with a Merlot.
2025-10-02: Served with a bottle of Prosecco, and followed by a plum tart.
2025-08-06: Served with Ratatouille (for Kate), split pea soup, Cabernet Sauvignon, and peach crisp.
2025-05-04: a full box of angel hair was prepared with red and white clam sauce and a can of clams. Half went to the garage freezer in 2 quart containers; one of pasta and the other of sauce.
