Pasta and Clam Sauce
One of our most popular and easiest entrees, the ingredients are always in the pantry. Garlic bread and a tossed salad are often added.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound pasta (angel hair and vermicelli, preferred)
1 can, each, Red Clam Sauce & White Clam Sauce
1 can of Snow’s Chopped clams
Grated Parmesan (optional)
Procedures:
Prepare the pasta according to package directions.
Combine the cans of clam sauce in a pan and heat through on the stove top.
Drain the pasta, plate and add sauce to taste.
Add Parmesan cheese.
Notes:
2026-06-18: With a Relax Riesling.
2025-11-28: with a Merlot.
2025-10-02: Served with a bottle of Prosecco, and followed by a plum tart.
2025-08-06: Served with Ratatouille (for Kate), split pea soup, Cabernet Sauvignon, and peach crisp.
2006-04-14: Added to our cookbook.
