Notes:
2023-08-23: Cooked, like filet mignons, to an internal temp of 145, and served with cranberry sauce, squash and onions and a bottle of Ricco Dolce.
2022-07-08: About 2” thick, seared in the pan with S&P for 1 minutes per side. Then roasted to 155o. Next time, 160o.
2021-08-06: We cut a pork tenderloin into 8 steaks, freezing 4. The remaining 4 were dusted with lemon pepper and garlic powder. They were seared and then roasted at 350o until reaching 145o. They were served with Yachtsman mac-&-cheese, grilled pineapple and mushrooms & garlic.
2020-11-18: pan fried and served with leftover veggies from the fridge.
2020-03-13: I cut the tenderloin into 1.5” pieces and rubbed them with lemon pepper, Adobo, and garlic powder. We served them with buttered noodles and broccoli florets. Excellent.
