PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM BURGERS  
Ingredients:
1 Large Portobello mushroom cap per person
1 hamburger bun per person
1/3 cup EVOO
1 T Minced Garlic
Procedures:
1. Whisk together oil and garlic and brush onto the mushroom caps.
2. Toast the buns.
3. Pan fry the caps.
4. Assemble/dress/accompany as you would any burger.
Notes:
Serve with baby arugula greens.
This was too much garlic.
Worcestershire sauce might be a good idea.
