PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM BURGERS

Ingredients: |
1 |
Large Portobello mushroom cap per person |
1 |
hamburger bun per person |
1/3 cup |
EVOO |
1 T |
Minced Garlic |
|
Procedures: |
1. Whisk together oil and garlic and brush onto the mushroom caps.
2. Toast the buns.
3. Pan fry the caps.
4. Assemble/dress/accompany as you would any burger.

Serve with baby arugula greens.
This was too much garlic.
Worcestershire sauce might be a good idea. |
