Marinate the chops for 6-24 hours in the Lamb Marinade. Insert an electronic thermometer in the thickest chop. Grill in a Foreman Grill until the temperature reaches 160-165o.

2012-03-18: Projected 2012-01-04: With no marinade, Lyd sautéed them in a fry pan in EVOO and a dusting of Garlic powder, Adobo and S&P. 2009-09-23: We used aLamb Marinadeand then cooked these to 165o and they were excellent.
