Pasta Pesto & Artichokes |

Ingredients: |
1/2 lb pasta of choice
1 jar pesto
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
parmesan, grated [optional]

Procedures: |
Cook the pasta by package directions, drain and put in a large bowl
Drain and add the artichokes to the bowl
Add the pesto to the bowl
mix well and serve, garnishing with parmesan if desired.

Notes: |
2022-08-21: We added the artichoke hearts to the leftovers.
2021-02-21: a batch was made using homemade pesto.
2020-03-28: We used a full box of angel hair pasta, a can of artichoke hearts and a jar of pesto. Sprinkled with ground Parmesan, it was quite good served with a bottle of Barefoot Riesling.
2016-11-22: A batch served to the two of us with small salads.
2006-07-25: Added to our cookbook.
