Creamy Salmon Pasta |

We created this to use a can of red Salmon |
|
Ingredients: |
One can red salmon
1/2 onion chopped
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1/4 Cup flour
1/4 heavy cream
Dash of Sriracha
Dash of garlic powder
|
8 oz vermicelli
1/4 cup white wine
Squirt of lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcester
S&P
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Procedures: |
Sauté chopped onion and mushrooms in butter
Add one scoop flour, Cook three minutes
Add remaining ingredients, herbs and spices.
Cook pasta according to package directions.

Notes: |
2020-07-26: served over vermicelli with another quart of sauce going to the freezer. Served with cranberry-mandarin orange and mozzarella salad.
2019-12-09: Our first try was quite good. We'll add sliced, sauteed mushrooms.
