Salmon Quiche
Added to our cookbook from Margaret's Recipe Box.
Ingredients:
1 crust
1 can salmon - reserve liquid
1 Tablespoon minced onion
1/8 teaspoon dill weed
3 drops Tabasco
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup shredded cheddar
Procedures:
In food processor, blend eggs. Add sour cream - blend. Add cheese and mayo - blend. Add onions, dill, Tabasco - blend Add Salmon & liquid - blend until smooth. Pour into crust Bake at 325o for 45 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Good cold -
