OVERNIGHT SAUSAGE BRUNCH CASSEROLE

Good for Breakfast or Brunch. |

Ingredients: |
1 lb sausage...mix hot, sweet, your choice
6 eggs unbeaten
2 Cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 slices bread, cubed
1 Cup grated cheddar

Procedures: |
Brown sausage, breaking into pieces. Drain well.
Put bread into bottom of greased 8x11 casserole.
Sprinkle cheese on top, then sausage.
Beat milk and eggs and seasonings till well mixed and pour over sausage.
Cover with foil and refrigerate over night.
Bake uncovered, 45 minutes at 350o
