Ann's Sausages and Peppers |

Ingredients: |
1 pound sweet Italian Sausages (Ann likes Hatfield)
Green peppers
mushrooms, sliced

Procedures: |
Bake the sausages at 350o until done in the center. Usually 20 minutes and then flip for another 20 minutes.
Slice into rounds.
Roast the green peppers on parchment paper at 375o until there are a few brown edges.
Throw everything into the crockpot and serve warm.
Ann likes to add sliced mushrooms to improve the broth, but too many in her family don't like mushrooms.
