Bacon-Wrapped Scallops  
Conceived 2011-08-20; added 2018-09-28.
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh sea scallops, gristle removed and patted dry
Bacon
2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
S&P
lemon juice
Procedures:
Preheat the oven to 400o.
Wrap each individual scallop in a strip of bacon.
Place the individual scallops on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil.
Drizzle with EVOO and lemon juice
Bake for 25 minutes and garnish with freshly cracked pepper
