Seafood Pasta with Mussel Sauce
Mussel starters at local restaurants often produce a substantial sauce. This is a Lydia creation to use that leftover mussel sauce.
Ingredients:
Frozen mussel sauce from your fav. Restaurant.
Assortment of Seafood
Cream
Pasta
White wine
Sliced mushrooms
Diced onions
Olive oil
Procedures:
Sauté mushrooms and onions in evoo
Add mussel sauce to pan
Add wine and cream.
Add pasta coating with sauce. Cover to cook pasta.
Add more cream if needed as pasta will absorb liquid.
Add seafood
Stir, season to taste.
You may want to add tobacco or red pepper flakes.
