Perfect Boiled Shrimp
Ridiculously simple, this truly works, whether the shrimp are shelled or not, fresh or frozen! Feel free to be skeptical; we were!
2+ pounds of shrimp
1/4 cup vinegar
1 Tablespoon Old Bay
Submerge the shrimp in enough water to be 1-2 inches above the shrimp.
Add the vinegar and Old Bay.
Start the burner and, as it heats, stir constantly until 2 shrimp float.
Drain the shrimp and put them into an ice water bath to stop the cooking.

2017-08 18: One pound cooked to perfection and served with potato salad and cocktail sauce.
2017-05-27: We used this method to prepare for shrimp salad and it was excellent.
