Cognac Shrimp |

| Ingredients: |
18 Large shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/3 Cup Cognac
1/4 t Pepper
3/4 t Dried Basil
9 Slices bacon, cut in half

| Procedures: |
Marinate shrimp in cognac, salt, pepper and basil for 1 to 2 hours.
Wrap shrimp with bacon.
Bake at 375o ~25 minutes

2026-04-11: With only 5 shrimp, extra bacon, Bavarian string beans, glazed sweet potatoes and a Relax Riesling.
2025-09-06: 5 shrimp each with cheese strata, Kaninsalad, and a Relax Riesling.
2023-11-29: 4 shrimp each of the 15/lb shrimp
2022-12-12: 5 shrimp each, and served with sweet potatoes and pearl onions.
