Ingredients: |
1.5 lbs tenderized cube steak
2 Tablespoons flour
1t s and p
2 Tablespoons oil
1.5 Cups canned tomatoes
3 large Onions, sliced thinly

1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 Tablespoon Heinz 57 sauce
1/4 Cup raisins
Red Pepper Flakes - Optional
White wine - Optional

Procedures: |
Combine s and p with flour.
Dredge meat and fry in the oil.
Add all other ingredients and stir well.
Cover and simmer 2 to 2.5 hours till meat is very tender.
If liquid is too low, add white wine.
