1/2 cup A.1. Steak Sauce
1/2 cup mild, medium or hot picante sauce
1 lb flank or bottom round, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 tablespoon margarine
8 (8") flour tortillas, warmed
In a small bowl, blend steak sauce and picante sauce.
Place steak in shallow nonmetal dish; pour marinade over steak.
Cover; chill for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.|
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook onion and green pepper in margarine for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Remove with slotted spoon; reserve.
Add steak with marinade to same skillet; cook and stir for 8 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness.
Add reserved vegetables; cook until heated through.
Serve steak mixture in tortillas with desired fajitas toppings.
