Notes: |
2022-05-08: For just me on Mother’s Day, it was seared for about 7 seconds/side, chilled, and sliced, and presented with Bloody Caesar.
2022-01-02: Coated with sesame seeds and cooked in a little EVOO, for 10 seconds/side.
2019-09-11: An 8 oz. piece was covered with sesame seeds and seared 30 seconds on each side in EVOO, sliced into strips and served with Soy Sauce, horseradish sauce, and a generous serving of pickled ginger — delicious
2018-02-16: Lew had a lobster tail for dinner and I had yellowfin tuna. I cooked it 1.5 minutes per side which was a little too long, in butter oil, salted and peppered.
2014-02-09: Made with a filet of yellowfin.
