Pesto Crusted Turkey Tenderloin
Our local butcher had a sale on turkey tenderloins so we created this recipe
Ingredients:
1 Turkey tenderloin
4 Red Potatoes
1 8 oz jar of Pesto sauce.
Procedures:
Preheat to 400o
Line a roasting pan with foil and place the tenderloin on the foil.
Coat with the pesto.
Halve the potatoes and arrange them around the turkey. Roast for 30 minutes or until turkey reaches an internal temp of 160o. Let turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
