BLT LAYERED SALAD

Ingredients: |
8 oz sour cream
1 Cup Mayo
1 T lemon juice
1 t basil
S and p
1/2 t garlic minced
1 large head lettuce. Torn into bite sized pieces

1 package cooked bacon, chopped
6 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
3 c croutons
|
|
Procedures: |
Stir 1st 7 ingredients together.
Layer lettuce, bacon, tomatoes in 13 x9 dish.
Spread mayo mixture over tomatoes.
Seal mayo mix to edge of dish.
Cover and Chill at least 2 hours before adding croutons.
Before serving, sprinkle with croutons.
Serve at once.
