Corn Salad |

2 cups Fresh or frozen corn
1/2 c Mayo
2 T pepper relish
Dash s and p

| Procedures: |

Combine all ingredients and chill, allowing the flavors to blend.

2024-05-22: 5 ears from Giant, served with chicken francaise, summer salad, and a bottle ofprimativo.
2023-05-05: We used a pint of corn from the freezer.
2021-03-03: A little picante sauce was added, along with a nice dose of fresh parsley and dill.
2020-06-10: We made a batch using the mature corn from earlier in the month.
