Cucumber Vidalia Salad
Ingredients:
1 Seedless Cucumber
1 Sweet Onion; Vidalia preferred
Dressing of Choice
Procedures:
Peel and slice the cucumber into half-round slices
Peel and slice the onion into 1/2" slices and break up
Chill and serve with the dressing of choice.
Notes:
2025-10-18: With Flounder Francaise and a Cabernet Sauvignon
2022–10-28: Served with Moussaka.
2021-08-23: We used a seedless cucumber and a Pennsylvania sweet onion with individual dressings
2017-09-20: This for me and Vidalia, tomato and avocado for Lew.
