POTATO SALAD
This is a compilation of a variety of recipes.
Ingredients:
Red skin or Fingerling potatoes
celery
onion
Mayo
Mustard
Celery salt
S and p
Pepper relish
Procedures:
Cook potatoes til tender, but not mushy Cool, and peel. Chop into bite sized pieces.
Dice celery, onion & chop boiled eggs
Combine all with dressing. Made of:
Mayo, Mustard, Celery salt, S and p, Pepper relish
Toss. Chill
Notes:
2025-07-05: A batch made with fingerling potatoes.
2023-04-02: A batch was made from red skin potatoes and served with ground beef Pattie’s.
2021-05-07: Made with a bag of Baby Yukon Gold potatoes and served with Chicken Pistachios.
2020-09-02: another good batch made from baby yellow gold.
2016-07-04: Added to our cookbook.
