Ingredients: |
Romaine lettuce bunches
Balsamic Vinegar
EVOO
S&P

Procedures: |
Wash and chop a number of Romaine bunches appropriate for the size of the dining group.
Ask Sal to dress with the oil and vinegar.
S&P to taste.
