SPINACH SALAD - OWSIANY

Pat Owsiany's recipe came from Kate's kitchen |
|
Ingredients: |
2 10oz packages of fresh spinach.
1 11 oz can of Mandarin Orange Slices
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 cup oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika
2/3 cup tarragon vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons onion powder

Procedures: |
Wash, rinse and drain the spinach.
Tear into bite-sized pieces
Add the oranges and almonds.
Combine the remaining ingredients to form the dressing.
Mix well and pour over the spinach mixture.
Serve chilled.
