SPINACH SALAD |

| Ingredients: |
1 10oz packages of fresh spinach.
2-3 hard boiled eggs
Candied Walnuts
Mushrooms
|
|
| Procedures: |
Wash, rinse and drain the spinach.
Tear into bite-sized pieces
Cook and slice the eggs.
Slice the mushrooms.
Serve chilled.

2023-07-05: With seafood crepes for Charlene’s visit.
2023-04-14: We made a batch to serve with Coquille St. Jacque. The remainder of the spinach went out for the bunnies, but they didn’t like it.
2023-01-01: Served with sweet potato fries and a pair of steamed lobster tails.
2022-12-25: Served with Lobster Thermadore. The rest went to the bunnies in the back yards.
