| Our version of McDonald's Egg McMuffin |

| Ingredients: |
2 Hamburger Buns
2 eggs
2 slices of American Cheese
2 slices Canadian Bacon
butter
S&P

| Procedures: |
|
Butter a ramiken and add one egg, lightly beaten. Microwave until done, S&P, and set aside.
Butter the buns and lightly toast.
Assemble by placing a bacon slice, topped with the egg, topped with the cheese slice.
