Tom's Seafood Butter |

Sweet butter for shellfish like lobster or snow crab. |

Ingredients: |
1 pint whipping cream
|
|
Procedures: |
Pour the whipping cream into the food processor and process on high speed, for about 2 minutes, until the whey drops.
Pour off the whey, which can be saved for the dog.
Prior to serveing, melt the butter, slowly, in the microwave.
