Tom's Seafood Butter
Sweet butter for shellfish like lobster or snow crab.
Ingredients:
1 pint whipping cream
Procedures:
Pour the whipping cream into the food processor and process on high speed, for about 2 minutes, until the whey drops. Pour off the whey, which can be saved for the dog. Prior to serveing, melt the butter, slowly, in the microwave.

2015-06-15: Served with steamed lobsters for Tom's 69th birthday.
