Sweet and Sour Sauce |

| Ingredients: |
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons pineapple juice, reserved from the canned pineapple
3 tablespoons white vinegar
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water to make a slurry
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 to 5 drops red food coloring

Whisk together the ketchup, pineapple juice, vinegar, sugar, cornstarch slurry, Worcestershire and red food coloring in a medium bowl. Set aside.
