Thai Seafood Soup
Created from scratch.
Ingredients:
32 oz Vegetable Broth
4 scallops, quartered
8 shrimp, quartered
1 tilapia filet, coarsely chopped
1 carrot, diced
Scallions
Onion, coarsely chopped
4 mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 radishes, thinly sliced
garlic
ginger
celery
Sriracha
Raman noodles
chili paste
Soy Sauce
S&P
Procedures:
Prep seafood
Combine stock, ginger, garlic, Soy, sriracha and chili paste over medium heat. Add carrots, celery and onion and cook until tender. Add Seafood and cook until tender. Add raman noodles, scallions, radishes and mushrooms. S&P to taste.
Notes:
2024-04-22: The radishes didnít get in and the full pack of Raman noodles was a mistake. The broth was excellent.
