HOT ARTICHOKE DIP  
 
Ingredients:
14 oz. Artichoke Hearts
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 shallot, minced
Procedures:
Chop artichokes coarsely.
Add Mayonnaise, parmesan and shallot and blend well.
Bake at 325o for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
Notes:
Serve with thin toasted baguette slices.
