Corned Beef Balls
Lyd's recipe for leftover corned beef.
Ingredients:
Leftover Corned Beef
Dried Onion
1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
2 cups Mashed potatoes
1 egg
bread crumbs
vegetable oil for frying
Procedures:
Chop the corned beef and onion in the food processor.
add the potatoes and egg.
form into balls and roll in bread crumbs.
Fry
