Crab Dip |

Signature Family Maryland Jumbo-Lump Crab Dip (It doesn't get any better than this!)
We once served this at a faculty party, using the finest Maryland jumbo-lump crab. A very large female member of Tom's staff came into the kitchen asking for a spoon,
A Big-Spoon, and pronounced it "good fish stew". We rescued the spoon and explained how it was better served.

Ingredients: |
1 lb Maryland Jumbo-Lump Crab Meat
16 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar
1 t Lemon Juice
|
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 t Mustard
1/4 t Old Bay
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
Scoop-Style Fritos

Procedures: |
Combine ½ cheese and all ingredients except the crab.
Add the crab and gently toss.
Sprinkle the rest of cheese on top.
Bake in a 350o oven until heated through.
Serve with scoop-style Fritos.
