Ham Spread |

| Ingredients: |
2 cups ham
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
1/4 cup pepper Relish
1 cup Mayo
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

| Procedures: |
|
Put all ingredients in the Food Processor and reduce to a paste/pate consistency.
Additional prepared horseradish may be added to individual servings.

2023-06-26: A pint of ham slices yielded a pint of ham spread.
2023-05-14: Lyd used a pint of ground ham-and a pint of ham slices with Durkee sauce in place of Dijon to make a batch for the Payne’s visit.
2021-04-25: Though made many times, finally added to the cookbook for Sunday’s movie snacks.
