MUSHROOMS MOREHOUSE  
This comes from Sally Morehouse in Jacksonville, Florida
Ingredients:
1 pound mushrooms
1/3 cup onions
3 Tablespoons butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 Tablespoon flour
salt & pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
Italian Bread Crumbs
Procedures:
Slice the mushrooms in half.
Sauté is butter and onions for 7 minutes over medium-low heat.
Put the mushroom mixture in a lightly greased casserole.
Mix the sour cream, flour and a dash of S & P together and pour the mixture over the mushrooms.
Sprinkle the surface with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
Broil until the cheese melts (3-5 minutes).
