Garlic Butter Mussel Meat |

Procedures: |
Melt a generous amount of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the mussel meat to the skillet and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Serve the garlic butter mussel meat over a bed of pasta or with crusty bread to soak up all the delicious flavors.
