GLAZED PECANS  
Kate Ferrarello's tasty snack for those with a sweet tooth.
Ingredients:
3/4 c Sugar
1 t cinnamon
1 t salt
1/4 t allspice
1/4 t nutmeg
1/2 t cloves
1 egg white
2 ½ T water
4 c pecan halves
Procedures:
1 Preheat oven to 275o
2 Combine sugar apices and salt
3 Beat egg white slightly and stir into dry mixture
4 Add water
5 Blend well
6 add ½ c nuts at a time stir to coat well
7 place on greased cookie sheet close together
8 Bake 35 minutes
9 remove from pan immediately onto waxed paper and cool
