TOASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS

After the pumpkin has been carved into the Jack-O-Lantern, it's time to roast the seeds. |
|
Ingredients: |
seeds from a large pumpkin, rinsed and dried.
2 tablespoons EVOO
Salt and freshly ground pepper
|

Procedures: |
Preheat the oven to 375o.
Scatter the pumpkin seeds onto a sheet pan in a single layer and drizzle with the olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
Bake for 7 minutes or until brown and crispy.
