Salmon Dip |

Ingredients: |
1 can red salmon, drained
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice, or more to taste
1 tsp. salt, or more to taste
1/4 tsp. hot sauce, such as Tabasco, or more to taste
4 scallions, roughly chopped, plus 1 scallion, sliced, for garnish

Procedures: |
Put the salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, hot sauce, and chopped scallions in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Add more lemon juice, salt, and hot sauce to taste.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with the sliced scallions.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to about a day (ideally return it to room temperature before serving).
