Garlic Wings - Breville |

| Uses the automated air fryer functions of the Breville Joule Toaster Oven. |

| Ingredients: |
3 lb chicken wings drumettes and flats (party wings)
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp corn starch
|
Garlic Butter
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
1/4 tsp kosher salt

| Notes: |
2024-10-11: We used the Breville autopilot, reducing the salt, and with no sauce and they were a little dry. Next time, we’ll use some soy and duck sauce.
2024-09-09: 2 lbs (6 complete) chicken wings produced 6@ of drumettes and flats. Lyd found them a bit salty, but I thought they were the best ever.
