Acorn Squash |

Ingredients: |
1 Acorn squash for every 2 diners
[Optional toppings]
butter
bourbon
honey
Cinnamon
Maple Syrup
S&P

Procedures: |
With a large knife, cut the squash in half [left/right,not top and bottom].
Drizzle the cut side with EVOO.
Place cut side down on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 10-12 minutes, checking periodically, until soft.
They can also be roasted, cut side down, in a 400o oven, 35-45
minutes, until soft.
Add any assortment of toppings, to taste.
We prefer butter, honey and bourbon!
