Butternut Squash
Ingredients:
Butternut Squash
EVOO
Italian Seasoning
S&P
Procedures:
Peel and seed the squash and cut it into 3/4” cubes. In a plastic bag, add EVOO, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. In a single layer on a jelly roll pan, roast at 350o for 30 minutes or until tender.
Notes:
2024-01-15: Served with Andouille Sausage Skillet, and a Pinotage.
2022-10-14: Served with Shellfish fra diavolo.
2021-10-15: Served with Shrimp Fettuccini and a bottle of Barefoot Riesling.
