Ingredients: |
Butternut Squash
EVOO
Italian Seasoning
S&P

Procedures: |
Peel and seed the squash and cut it into 3/4” cubes.
In a plastic bag, add EVOO, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
In a single layer on a jelly roll pan, roast at 350o for 30 minutes or until tender.
