Fallen Corn Souffle |

| This was served under steamed lobster at Narcoossee's at Walt Disney World. |
|
| Ingredients: |
1 box corn muffin mix
2 eggs
1/4 t salt
1 T sugar
1 sm. can creamed corn. Drain, reserve liquid
1/3 c cream
|
|
| Procedures: |
Combine cream and corn liquid to = 1/2 c.
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Whisk.
Pour into greased muffin tin
Bake at 350 for ~ 20 minutes.
