Cranberry Sauce
A recipie from Sal's Grandmother Corvita Eckenroth.
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh cranberries, rinsed
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
4 thin slices of lemon, each quartered
Procedures:
Boil sugar in water until clear in oversized pan. Add berries and cook until many of them burst. Remove from heat. Stir in oranges and lemons. Refrigerate when cool.
