Mushrooms & Garlic
Ingredients:
8 oz portabella mushrooms
10-12 peeled garlic cloves
1/4 cup Sweet Marsala Wine
1 Tablespoon butter
Procedures:
Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Sauté the garlic cloves in butter until soft. Add the mushrooms and sauté until soft. Add the marsala and heat through.
Notes:
2021-08-06: The first time, the cloves were put in with the mushrooms and were too al dente.
