Festive Onions
Ingredients:
4 cups sliced onions,~1/8" thick
5 Tablespoons Butter
S&P
2 eggs
1 cup light cream
2/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Parsely for garnish
Procedures:
Preheat oven to 425o
Butter a 1-quart casserole
Place onions in casserole and dot with butter
Generously S&P
Mix eggs and cream. Pour over onions.
Top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
